So I just found out that the Maldives are only 3.5 hours from Singapore. SAY WHAAAAAT??! These stunning islands have swiftly moved to the top of my travel wishlist (cue big groan from Alistair), and I have to say I would not turn my snoz up at the fun contemporary Cheval Blanc Randheli hotel, designed by architect Jean-Michel Gathy.

Ooh I didn’t realize it was that close! Actually I’ve heard the Andaman Islands are similar and not as touristy yet. Enjoy the trip planning and let me know if you want some recommendations (I’m writing about Boracay next week!)
