A good deed

So I read in the press the other day that the British fabric geniuses Osborne & Little are in pretty big trouble with declining profit margins and downright big fat losses for the fourth consecutive quarter (or something like that).  I also discovered that it’s the family business of our embattled Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne.

Now I think I’m probably partly responsible for these bad financials as over the last year or so I’ve swiped about 3 million fabric samples from them for le course and not actually bought anything yet.  Just kidding, I don’t think I could have made much of a dent, but anyway I figured the company really needs all the help they can get and thought I’d have a lookie at their simply stunning fabric collections today.  Whether you’re a fan of the simple and sleek animal prints or the quirky designs of Nina Campbell, there should be something here that tickles your fancy – let me know which is your fave!

Oh and btw I am also partially responsible for ordering a gazzillion samples from O&L and not buying anything. I blame KLC. And Liberty have started charging a £10 deposit for fabric samples, I suspect that might be my fault too 😉

PS Richard’s just told me that George Osbourne’s real name is Gideon.
